Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place in the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries to Germany:

- Value of goods up to €59.99 = €4.99
- Value of goods from 60€ = 0,00€

Deliveries to Denmark:

- Value of goods up to 449 DKK = 50 DKK
- Value of goods from 450 DKK = 0.00 DKK

Delivery to Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain or Sweden:

- For any value of goods = 13,99€

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany and Denmark) within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
